Looking for Instagram Follower/Like Bot (with Account List)

I have been searching a while for something like this, however, the only type of program that seems to appear are scripts such as FollowLiker that takes a single Instagram account and starts liking / following to gain followers. This is not what I am looking for.

What I am looking for is a script / program that will allow me to input a list of accounts, with their usernames and passwords, and will follow a certain account or like a certain photo (given the URL). My plan is to hand create 100-200 quality accounts with believable usernames, photos and follow to follower ratio to make all of these accounts seem as legit as they come, and then offer them as some kind of like service. However, as said above, my search for this script has been suppressed by another type of program with the same wording. So I thought I'd post here, wondering if anyone has heard of such a program.

Hi Hawkster, can you input multiple accounts from a list into the program? Also, can the program use these inputed accounts to mass follow/like a single account?
