You mean like, a custom comments service with username support? Or just the username mentions only?

If you want to mention another IG ID like @xyz in reel comments:
Just type @username directly no spaces or symbols
Make sure the account you're tagging hasn't blocked you and is public
If IG blocks the comment, try changing the wording — too many mentions/spammy patterns can trigger filters
Don’t copy-paste from notes IG sometimes flags formatting
If you're trying to fake a tag (like make it look like another account commented), that’s not possible natively you'd need to comment from that account manually.
