Looking for Instagram auto-tagging bot

This bot would be mainly entering giveaways.

Typically, you enter by:

1. Liking and following a post/poster
2. Comment and tag "friends" (bonus entry for each friend)

Requirements:

1. Will need to be capable of running 1-10 instagram accounts (these will be legit accounts that I can provide credentials for)

2. It needs to be able to tag at least 500 people
-I need to be able have input on who gets tagged (some giveaways require that tagged people be followers/someone you're following)
-It would be great (but not necessary) if the bot also had the option of tagging random people
-Each tagged person needs to be entered in an individual comment
-Comments need to come in at a reasonable rate (6-10 comments(tags) /minute)
3. It needs to be undetectable (obviously)



I imagine this would be a really simple script. Some simple GUI would be great but not completely necessary.
