Looking for Instagram API Developer

I am looking for someone that works with Instagram API. I own a small photography business and we are working on a new project for integrating Instagram to our Web Site.

The first work we need is to build a Instagram Print Web Application, something really simple. Later on we will add news things to this web app.

I want to know how much could this web app cost.
