Bro honestly there’s no one “magic tool” that does both account creation + safe scaling properly.
Most tools people used in the past (including those Vietnamese ones) keep getting patched or become unstable because Instagram constantly updates detection.
From what I’ve seen, the more stable setups right now are just:
Anything fully automated for making + running accounts together usually ends up getting flagged sooner or later.

- and keeping account creation + usage separate and slow

The Vietnamese tool referenced is likely MinSoftware. However, software selection is secondary. Suspensions during creation are triggered by infrastructure footprint, not the bot. Pair the creator with raw 4G/5G mobile proxies and an unflagged private SMS API for verification to prevent instant algorithmic bans.

and exactly the reason theyre dirt cheap is cause theyre dirt shit quality lol
90% get banned quick. hell even just buying and leaving the accs in storage many get banned/ verification by doing nothing. using ru softreg accs is mostly just churn and burn
