Looking for information/tutorial on setting up my own private proxies on VPS

Ive looked all over BHW and other various forums, googled it and came up with a lot of stuff on linux based vps's. But nothing on how to make your own private proxies on a windows based vps.

So im looking into getting a VPS finally...I feel that with SeNuke and Scrapebox running off my own home desktop my bandwidth is being sucked up and its no good for everyone.

So what im looking to do is, Get a VPS that will allow me to run SeNuke and Scrapebox with unmetered bandwidth. If anyone knows a cheap windows VPS with unmetered bandwidth let me know. Also I want to connect to the VPS from my desktop.


****Then id like to create my own Private Proxies kind of like how people buy proxies from proxy providers.
