I would say philippines is the best option since in indian its hard to get numbers for most.
Try to contatct fbfb he says pva codes and accounts so he already have phone numbers he can help you with it.

It's a pain in the ass to get mmultiple SIM cards. And i guess, we need to verify what OP has to offer before we throw our cards for the offer.
