Looking For Incentive CPA Network (Email Submits)

I'm looking for a CPA network that allows incentive traffic, and has many email submits.

I'm currently with Adscend Media, and they do well, but I'm interested in adding more.

I just got approved for MaxBounty, but they only have two email submits, each at $0.65 which is much less than what I get paid at Adscend.

If anyone has a network that has a lot of email submits that allows incentive traffic, please let me know!

If possible, I'm looking for more than $1 per submit!

BlamAds is nothing but incentive offers, I've had good luck with them, but I see others have had not so good experiences with them, like any other CPA network I guess.
