Looking for Images and Video Sharing script Suggestions ???

Im looking for a Video and Images sharing php script ...with some or all of the following :

1 - Member Private messaging
2 - Minimum age access (14+)
3 - Membership access ( could also be credits per use )
4 - Responsive if possible and mobile ready
5 - rating and Comment system on images et videos
6 - Facebook connect

Any advice and suggestions ?

Also i need mobile option ... that allow also editing profile and sending photos and videos ...
