Sometime in the past I've seen a video on YT where someone was using a mobile app for IG hashtags and wrote the name down but lost the paper. I was wondering if anyone knows this kind of app or similar as I tried searching Play Store and couldnt find anything that matches the needs.
It was some sort of list app where you create lists and generate random output from each of the lists. The guy would make a list of high search hashtags and when posting would pick random 2, for less popular hashtags he would take smaller random number of hashtags from each list.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
