Looking for ideas

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I know this question may sound a little (or a lot) incompetent
but the true is: there is so much information out there and somany routes! there is a Big load of information
on this site alone to spend years reviewing it so, I am not really sure where to point my efforts

the quesion is: If I am new and have zero to low budget to start with as well from a T3 world country
WHERE WOULD YOU SUGGEST ME TO GET STARTED?

I have been reviewing many threads and methods but some involve CPA networks, most of them wont accept a newbie
from T3, also some of the methods require high technicall skill (making a blog and posting thousands of articles using AI as well as
adding SEO to make adsense/amazon revenue)

I want to clarify: I am not saying I dont want to work or that I want it the easy way, it is just that I see soo many succesfull
people here so all I am asking is a little advice, whats the best place to get started on my situation
so then I can devot time to learn technicall stuff/raising budget to use the big guns to make a living out of IM?
