Looking for ideas on how to monetize keywords

I have a way to get keywords with any required metrics. And I am looking for a way to monetize them.

Examples of keywords I can get:

• Keywords of certain parameters in the google adword tool with a certain word count and that have a particular cpc, search volume etc. (can be used as long tail keywords for on page SEO)
• Keywords of cpc more than any amount and search volume more than certain number and that have a very low competition on google search page 1st ten results (competition checked using individual result metrics such as PR,DA,PA etc). (can be used for authority site pages.
• Keywords with above metrics that have .com, .net or .org available (can be used for micro niche sites)
• and many more metrics. The possibilities are endless.

I can get these keywords quite fast (think of 100s per hour) and accurate. The metrics above are just examples. They can be anything u can think of related to keywords.

So I am looking if I can make money with these keywords. Anybody have any ideas on what I can do with this? Other than making sites which I am already doing.

Are you selling keywords here and disguising it as asking for advice?

It really depends on each niche and group of keywords. Some keywords work better with adsense, others with amazon aff, others with both, some with cpa, etc.
