Looking for HTTP private proxy network

I'm looking for a private proxy network that I can use for some serp scraping. I've found a few, but thought I'd ask here for some input.

What I need is a network that I can plugin to a PHP script which uses Curl to grab serps from Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Nothing overly complicated, but doing it from 1 IP is getting me temp bans after about 20 queries every time I run it.

Somebody I know suggested yourprivateproxy.com and I've also found theproxyconnection.com, but I don't have any experience with proxy network services and would appreciate any reviews/feedback of these 2 or any other private proxy network service.

Im using my own network for PR queries without any issues. Everything depends on how many SERP query you need send each day.

When you know the amout of queries, you should know the amount of needed proxies and finally what is your budget?
