looking for html player uploader & widget side bar video thumbnails

hi everyone

i want to tweak my wordpress site a bit. i can pay reasonable price i just like this cool interactive
thumbnails video but i want them to customize and display on the side widget area.
along a side compatible with player that i can upload my content .
i dont know how to upload ads inside the player but if anyone have any suggestion
it's could be nice.

thanks i find out it's little bit hard for me with wordpress
i self learn with youtube but on this area especially for adult info is very low.... people hate to produce porn content but like to watch its funny .

Hi, on wordpress there is actually a "video" widget that allows you to add Youtube videos to the sidebar.

If that doesn't work, look up how to add videos with iFrames.
