Looking for HQ retention views, working with adsense

Hello everyone
i'm gonna try to grew up a real Youtube chanel with 100% unique content and i'm looking for youtube views service who will be able to deliver 100% real HQ views.
I have found a ton of them on the 1 page of google, but i'm pretty sure there are just reseller (qqtube,rantic (too expansive) etc.)

Did someone know and tried one of them who was really HQ ?

Hey, I was interested in Rantic. They say they provide only real views but can I trust that? From your experience is that true? Thanks for sharing your experience.
