altushost don't ignore dmca .
you can read their Terms.

I've been using Shinjiru for some months now, and they're pretty good. The only problem I had recently was from the domain registrar's side, so I'd suggest you not to buy domains from Godaddy if you're doing something related to copyright content.

Most of the hosting company abide by the rules of DMCA . There are several offshore web hosting companies that ignore DMCA complaints but please make sure to read their Acceptable use policy as they may not accept all types of websites.
