I've already tested some panels but the quality of the accounts is awful. I'm looking for high quality fake followers, English names only.

The best quality that you can actually find is Brazilian followers , great account with followers , following , comments likes and story you can find them on some panel from the marketplace

you can try purchasing a bunch of accounts and adding them to an automation process.
