Looking for High-Quality Adwords U.S VCC

I'm looking for high quality VCCs for U.S. Google Ads account that won't cause suspicious payment suspension. I have been using Revolut business for EU accounts, but it doesn't seem to work for U.S.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated! It should be reloadable / linked to a bank account. As I am looking to get long-term spending accounts. Not just threshold accounts.

More than "quality" of vcc, what matters is the method & techniques used to create accounts.
And by the way, vcc are prepaid & most vcc bins are already blacklisted for creating GAds accounts.
If your method & techniques of creating accounts is improper, then no matter what cards you use, success rate would be zero or low. No need to feel hurt, my dear, what I've mentioned is the current ground reality. Kindly do not ask me for working methods or working techniques, as no one in their sane mind would openly and so freely share working methods & techniques which they keep finding through sleepless days & sleepless nights. Just imagine you are the Google bot which catches churn & burn accounts ... what aspects would you look out for ??? The answers are right there : work up from there.
