Looking for high DA legit site for links

I'm looking for some high DA site links. This could be from reputable sources or websites that are not spammy. The site shall accept foreign anchor text.

I can't vouch for these websites, though cause I've not tried them. Actually, I only purchased a backlink from adsy.com 2 years ago and it's been decent (I just checked it and I still have it today). But the other 3 I haven't tested yet, but I do remember that I was able to sort their inventory by DA (and other important SEO metrics), if DA is what you're looking for.
