Looking for high converting CPA offer for Twitter

I have experimented with some health ads and can't seam to find a good affiliate that offer 'white label' landing page rather than the product landing page itself.

Specifically looking for free trial just pay shipping type offer. Anyone pm me some good networks to try? OR other affiliate site they have used to profit from twitter traffic.

Email/Zip submits work best for twitter

no offense dude but twitter users have seen millions of email submits, i do not think it will work unless you are doing paid ads

Same here in my experience when I would see large spikes on CPA email submit offers with massive clicks and a very low CR rate it was 99% of the time twitter traffic. Not sure what sort of conversion rates your looking for but the only time I seen competitive rates was when it was on a paid post on twitter.
