Looking for High Authority Private Link Networks

My partner and I have recently begun working on a few very large SEO projects, and I am searching for private article/blog networks similar to BMR to use to submit original spun content. We have 2 writers and a spinner dedicated to each project, so running out of content will not be an issue (we have at least 8 full-time writers and 4 fulltime spinners onboard at any given time).

We are looking for a network that comes with high PR and can produce a large number of referring domains. We would like to find a network(s) which have very high standards regarding the content they accept on their site, and the less subscribers, the better. I am not really looking for Link Vine or some of the more commonly used networks. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

I like High PR Society. Is that too public for you? I haven't invested much there and got a lot of results.

I'm gonna vouch for High PR Society. I used them on a clients site that was in a highly competitive niche. One of their keywords was difficult and the other 2 were medium and I got them from not in the top 100 to page 2 on Google.com for all 3 keywords and for local search results (which is what they wanted) I got them to page 1 for all 3 - all in 30 days.

I didn't use any homepage links either - just a mix of articles and blog comments.

We definitely considered High PR Society, and it is still high on our list. Our main reservation about High PR Society would be that it has been an ad on BHW so long that I expect many people to be using it. What are their quality rules? (strict is good)

I am currently using seolinkmonster to test their results. It's a private network created by the same people as seolinkvine. Buildmyrank is good but I have heard that a large section of their network has been de-indexed by google. I am starting to think the same thing with seolinkmonster as they now hide their posted urls and i have yet to see any proof of better rankings-it's only been out for a few months though.
