First and foremost rule, for every communication that you have on Linked-in, be your own-self as much as possible for you. Interacting personally will make other Linked-in members feel that you really care and value them and then they will also take interest.

Thanks for your comment, appreciate it. I understand and appreciate this completely, and try to do this as much as possible.

I also believe it's about finding the balance though - people have other things to do than be on LinkedIn all day.

I will keep messaging and comments myself, but just wanted to see if people did the above, what they do, etc. I believe likes or loves will show you interacting more and get your profile noticed more.

On linked in the best option is to write in local groups about yourself and your company, so they ll like you and comment
