Looking for help with website transfer

Hello,

I need someone experienced with website transfer(linux) and DigitalOcean provider. Currently all my websites are hosted on dreamhost but I need someone help me transfer them to DigitalOcean hosting.

Someone who can do this & has experience and is willing to earn something PM.

I'm assuming you have access to DNS settings in bluehost. Step 1 is to change the nameservers to Digitalocean's nameservers:
n1.digitalocean.com
ns2.digitalocean.com
ns3.digitalocean.com

I really like Digitalocean because they have guides on literally everything. The best content marketers in the industry if you ask me.

Thanks bmills, but I need someone who can transfer all my running websites from dreamhost to DigitalOcean, so I don't have to use dreamhost anymore.

The thing about DigitalOcean is, that it's linux based and requires some command log skills. Someone who is experienced can do it fast and without any errors.

Hello Martin,

I've over 14 years of experience and migration websites to a different host is a task we do very often.
We would first take a backup of the entire website/s along with the Database and then upload the files to the new hosting account.

We then update the nameservers with your domain registrar and since the files are on the new host, there won't be any downtime of your website at all.
There won't be any loss of your emails too as they would be configured on the new hosting account at Digital Ocean.
