Looking for help with a single question about proxy and a good provider?

Hi guys, So lately I came to know that Fiverr catches almost any proxy that you use. I wanted to know if there are any certain kind of proxies that Fiverr won't catch and any sellers on BHW that sell those? Someone said Comcast broadband proxies, but is that true?
