Looking for help to improve Mobile Metrics

Hey bros,

I need a wordpress specialist who knows how to optimize the loading time of a site. I specify it is an adult for those who it would generate.

The site had good metrics until last week. I wanted to refine it to be in line with google's INP and it's been a mess ever since.

Of course, I had made SQL backups and Rocket and perfmatters plugin settings just in case.

Despite the restoration, the site no longer passes the metrics.

So I'm looking for a nice guy, preferably one who won't take my arm for it and who could help me get all the lights back on.

I'd like to point out that metrics are good on desktop, but not on mobile.

I'm providing a screenshot in from SEMRUSH test to help you understand.
