Looking for help in seo spammy backlink

Around 3 month back I took one SEO project, and in audit I found that in that past that site has some japanese keyword hack issue (site recovered from that) but because of that there were some spammy pages was created on Main Domain and on Subdomain who has spammy backlinks and anchor text.

I disavowed such domains which I am able to find. But still whenever I audit my site on any tool I found this domains pointing to me. So I am worried my site still having this backlinks that can affect the growth. So I want a permanent solution of this issue in terms of Google and Tools? It would be really helpful if somebody can help me in this. I hope i am able to make my point and thanks in advance

Just disavow these links in the google search console.

Redirect the target pages to a dead end. A noindex nofollow page.

Already did but is there any other better option??

Steps to removing bad backlinks :

Understand what makes a backlink 'toxic'
Use a tool to identify all bad links pointing to your website.
Contact the webmaster and request removal.
Create and submit a 'disavow' file to Google to ignore those links.

The effect of disavow can take up to 9 months without Link Detox Boost, as per our observations. The reason is simply that Google crawls spammy links typically less often than very good links.

The only way to defend yourself from those links is to use google disavow and it is better to use ahrefs to detect those links and GSC's own link detection tool.

Do this.

Remove toxic backlinks that affects your site growth

Again use the disavow techniques.
