Looking for help finding ebay listings

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out which website is the one that allows you to search all ebay sites at once AND see the listings in those countries that DO NOT have shipping options available to you.

For example, with geo-ship I can see worldwide products on every ebay, BUT I can only see products that the seller has US shipping enabled on.

I am not trying to find listings in Germany (for example) that the sellers are selling internationally, I am looking for the listings in Germany that people posted for only people on their country's ebay.

I know this exists because collectors use this and dont share what the site/product is, but I have been looking for days and cannot find it. eBay blocks out the ones that are not worldwide shipping on sites like geo-ship. I want the ones where I have to contact the seller directly and ask them to invoice me so I can get them to sell to me. I am a collector looking to buy with this! I tried opening 25 ebays in incognito but it was way too time consuming to do 10 keyword searches every hour.
