Looking for guide writer - book style writing

We are looking for somebody who is a professional writer and who can write text book style content on the below topics.

**the material will be used in a online university as course material so it needs to be professional, educational and white hat**

The content also must be relevant for Individuals and for businesses to use.

It has to be "impersonal style/passive voice"
example: DO NOT SAY - "I observed the angle to be....." BUT DO USE
"the angle was observed to be...."

DONT USE: "I assumed that..." BUT DO USE: " It was assumed...."

**the content doesnt have to be 100% unique..it will not be published online but will be a printed book**- but do not just steal the entire thing from somebody
