Looking for guide/mentor on starting new account.

Alright, so I've started a new account in the fashion/luxury niche. I just have a few questions for everyone.

1. What's a good way to get a new account started with a decent size following. Quickly building up to about 1k followers? I already have followliker.
2. Second, what is the best way to scrape users for the fashion niche? I'm not sure how to go about getting the most active users to interact with my account.

2. Find photo(s) with high volume of likes based on your niche. Scrape users from those photos and like, comment, and or follow them all.
