What should I tell them. I know that Backlink take time how much time? I don't know that. Please looking for advice or anything

You should become an expert in whichever service you want to provide first instead of promising something you can’t deliver.

As you are a newbie, you will burn your hands while trying to do SEO. Don't give any commitments to your clients as of now as you don't know much about SEO. Sell them good link packages and tell them that they can improve their SERP positions but don't guarantee anything.

Learn more about Digital marketing in general and then go for specific sub-branches such as SEO/social media.
