I have been on the forum for a while reading and gaining as much knowledge as I can. Currently I have been working in the online advertising/affiliate space for over 6 years doing lead gen and have done some lead generation on my own for a while. All of this is from bought traffic that I monetize on. Nothing that is straight to a site and building some organic traffic to keep coming in.
The space I am in is competitive but has a lot of potential and money making ability. I have connections with all the biggest names in the space and have my own forms and back end buyers.
I have been wanting to jump into getting a site that is more informational that also has our application form on it and work on organic fresh traffic to it so we can build for the future.
I wil give you more info about what the niche is what space I'm in when we chat.
I personally manage and oversee so many other things and we are a small shop but do really well. I am looking to find someone who is well versed in the community and can work from ground up on a site with us and get it ranked over time and creating leads for all of our lenders. I want to be able to give back to the person that helps so I would rather do a percentage of what we actually make on the site rather then limit the person.
I can design wordpress sites, etc on my own and get them going, but the leg work for the rest of it and getting it ranked, competitive analysis, etc is what I don't have time for.
If you are someone that is willing to take on this opportunity please give me a way to contact you via PM or on the board so that we can get in touch and I can give you some more insight as to what we are doing and where we are going. i can tell you there is a lot of money in it and this is just the next step for us in growing but need some help.
