And then there's always the manual outreach method, where you manually search for guest posting sites in google and then contact them individually to get their approval. To manually find guest posting opportunities in google you could use searches like....
"beauty" + "write for us"
"beauty" + "submit guest post"
"beauty" + "submit article"
"cosmetics" + "write for us"
"cosmetics" + "submit guest post"
"cosmetics" + "submit article"
or - since you're only interested in the indian market - you could refine your search by typing in something like:
"beauty" + "write for us" + inurl:.in
"beauty" + "submit guest post" + inurl:.in
"beauty" + "submit article" + inurl:.in
"cosmetics" + "write for us" + inurl:.in
"cosmetics" + "submit guest post" + inurl:.in
"cosmetics" + "submit article" + inurl:.in
But the 6 search operators above will only search for websites with the .in extension, so it will most likely return very few results. That's why I recommend adding more search operators into the mix, but I can't think of any good ones at the moment, so you'll have to figure them out on your own if you also wish to find some .com / .net / etc sites
