Is Wroupon the same as the Altrasoft one? If not which is better? Are they both only paypal?

I googled Altrasoft and looked at their screenshots... Yes, it's the same one as Wroupon and Sopantech. And according to their product page, they haven't improved on the payment options. If you're ok with your customers being sent to Paypal, grab one of these (identical) scripts.

It's funny how all these companies are stealing the same code...and not improving on it. They're not even changing the CSS, which is pretty ugly IMHO.

How do you insert a deal image?

I tried the link labeled "featured image" on the right-hand side of the New Deal screen but that just inserts an image down in the deal description area. Ditto for the regular image upload link (above the post description).

At the moment I'm using PayPal Standard, which displays the deal amounts in "credits" not dollars. If I hook up a PayPal Payments Pro or Authorize.NET account will the units be in dollars?

For those that have found Couponic 1.2 "not nulled" - change line 44 of /protected/modules/install/worklets/WInstallLicense.php to any URL which will give a 404 error. Then you can enter any key and you will be good to go.

alstrasoft is a scammer. do a simple search and u will see tons of bad reviews. i managed to get a refund and found an indian programmer. they got my basic frame up but still needs lots of fine tuning. anw the my page is running on wroupon
