Hello,

I'm looking for a great graphics designer who can develop some graphics for a new website. I'll need a couple banners, very simple logo and possibly a few graphics.

Hiring graphic designers is not easy especially in starting up and hiring the wrong person for the job is fatal. It is easy to hire someone but it's hard to find the right one for the job. A piece of advice, "TEST" applicants first. Try to check out staff.com/skill/graphic+design where you could look for exceptional graphic designers you could choose from for the job.
