Looking for Graphic Design/Development Partner

It's been a while since I've posted here. I've been busy lately, but I decided to hop on the internet marketing train again.

Short description:
I'm launching a site soon, and I am expecting to receive some graphic design, web design, web programming and development quote requests through it. I am seeking a partner whom can handle these orders as I outsource it to them. I am looking for someone who can hopefully handle all the design, web design, and development orders. When I receive these quotes, I will consult with you. You will have a say in the prices, quotes, and the commission you earn from it. I am not seeking a particularly large commission. I will let you run the show, but I want everything to be processed through the website. The website will also sell additional services and solutions.

Qualifications:
- USA resident
- Native English speaker
- Skype, Email, Text, and Call available
- A diverse portfolio (your portfolio will also be displayed on the site)
- Enthusiastic

I suppose I can allow other countries. The main reason I said "USA resident" was for convenience and time zone issues.
