Nobody could guarantee the exact time frame for achieving the top rankings. We need to focus on building quality links and adding fresh contents to your site. Also we need to analyse both keyword competition and competitor backlinks and build links to outrank them in all factors.

No, There is no standard time frame like that. All we need is to build quality backlinks and upgrade the site with relevant and unique contents. G will take care of the rest. If we do all the basic stuffs right, then your site will appear in SERPs soon.
