Google Play seems to be rejecting all the cards I tried for payment for a developer account.

I urgently need someone who can help with the process of the payment or a created account itself.

Anyone please? Or can you suggest a VCC that can work for Google Play Developer account since debit cards don't work?

Anybody can also help me by paying with their credit card and removing the credit card afterwards at wallets.google.com. I'll pay $40 for a $25 charge.
