Your post is pretty vague. PM you an offer for what? Listing one site in Places? To fill out a places listing takes zero skill. Are you talking about ranking local listings? How many sites? I have over 800 clients ranked in Local listings

The Op wants a freelancer to:
- Create listings in certain major cities with an IP address in the city of the listing.
- Phone/Postcard verify every listing.
- Rank the listing for the keyword(s) in the city.
