Looking for a Google Farmer

We're looking for a Google Farmer to join our Google Farming department — someone who will create and manage Google accounts for media buying: from registration through full warm-up to launch-ready status. If you've already farmed Google Ads and know what it means to "bring an account to a stable state" — this is for you.

We've been on the market for 3+ years — a stable business with a proven product and processes. Our head office is in Limassol, and we're now actively scaling our team in Serbia.

What you'll be doing:
Registration & Warm-up
Register Google accounts, complete verification, and warm up accounts according to established SOPs until they reach the required status and trust level.
Infrastructure
Work with proxies (residential/mobile, depending on the task), configure and maintain antidetect browsers, and keep fingerprints clean and profiles unique across each account.
Payment Operations
Bind payment methods (BINs, cards, payment details) to accounts, and monitor how the binding affects account trust and stability.
Monitoring & Stability
Track account status, respond early to flags or restrictions, and maintain a stable percentage of "live" and working accounts.
Appeals
Prepare and submit ban appeals, and recover blocked accounts wherever possible.
Reporting
Keep records on your own accounts (statuses, volumes, results) and submit reports to your team lead/manager in the required format.
Requirements:
6 months – 1 year of experience farming Google Ads (open to fast learners with less experience)
Understanding of how proxies work (residential/mobile, rotation)
Experience with antidetect browsers (Dolphin, Multilogin, GoLogin, Indigo, etc.)
Basic understanding of payment operations and binding BINs to accounts
Attention to detail and discipline — farming is about consistency, not creativity
Willingness to work by SOPs and follow established processes
