looking for google ads expert for german market

I'm looking for a good company that can advertise difficult things in Google Ads.
Must be able to get around limits / blockers, we do it for other countries and everything works but we need a person who knows the German market in terms of ads for the German market.
I need a specific person for the German market who is good at Google Ads and difficult products (smm panel)
