Looking for Google Ad Expert/Cloaker ASAP - Willing to pay Premium/Long-term

So, I'm going to keep things pretty simple and straightforward.

I just got suspended from Google because my business isn't allowed. They stopped allowing financial consulting businesses in November 2019.

I was able to run it for 2 days before getting suspended, but the 2 days generated great results. So obvioulsly, I would like to continue to use Google Ads no matter what.

I am familiar with the process of Ad Cloaking and what not, but I need a professional.

I need someone who can implement this, and maintain this long term. I really need someone ASAP and if you're good, I will contract you for the long-term.

I don't have a Google Ad account anymore so don't ask. I don't know how to go around this, and I also don't want to start creating new accounts and get banned for circumventing. So if you have a solution for this too, that would be great.

Please don't ask me any unnecessary questions, I prefer someone who does more Doing and less Talking. You will be paid well 100% and I'm very reasonable/understanding. Just don't waste my time please!
