The easiest and best way would be just to have a script built and runs on proxies and auto-hits the sites in rotation that you want.

You know any1 that do that ? I can get around 200 Google profiles but thay don't stuck on same IP.

I will pay if you know how to set this up.

We get you the google +1s manually by visiting your url and +1ing it.
