There are tons of VPN providers out their and basically using VPN over proxies has it's own limits like
VPN:
Not have static IP
Rotating IP you can have abused IPs allocated
etc
Benfits:
Large Pool of IPs
Many countries
Low cost
VPN is good for surfing web normally and Private proxies is for serious works.
After all it depends on type of purpose you need that service for.

any VPN will work for this, as there is nothing "serious" you are doing. Try ipvansih. pay with bitcoins to be fully "anon", but keep in mind any VPN provider knows your real IP.
If you need to do some cool stuff, setup VPN your self

Okay then you can use VPN or Dedicated Private Proxy is good too.

You should get private internet access vpn. Its fast and it has multiple cities/countries. Its also great if your torrenting something you set the country to i think its the netherlands because its legal thre. But the best feature is its fast
I think netflix doesnt work with any vpns anymore im not sure.
will running a vpn cause any problems with my xbox1 or will it allow me to play people from other countrys.
