Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask the community about something that many of us think about at some point.
I’m curious about where people actually find **remote jobs with decent pay** — especially ones that aren’t garbage or super low wage.

For example:

- Remote jobs you can do from home

- Roles with reasonable requirements

- Jobs that actually pay well

I’m looking for **places, sites, boards, communities** where these types of jobs are realistically posted.

Some questions I have:

- What websites or platforms do you personally use to find decent remote jobs?

- Are there any specific job boards that regularly have well-paid opportunities?

- Are there closed communities, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or specialized job boards where good remote positions are shared?

- Even niche or industry-specific places (e.g. tech, support, marketing, chat/moderator, project manager) — worth knowing.

Not looking to promote anything or sell anything — just trying to collect real recommendations from people who have actually found decent opportunities.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I feel like if you're good at what you do, you'll be able to find jobs on pretty much any job board.

I completely understand the struggle of finding decent remote jobs, especially for those who aren't tech-savvy. While lukem121 has a point that being skilled can open up opportunities on various job boards, I think it's also important to have a curated list of reliable platforms that cater to different niches and industries. I've personally found success with platforms like We Work Remotely, Remote.co, and FlexJobs, which often feature well-paying remote jobs in fields like tech, marketing, and customer support. Can anyone recommend any niche-specific job boards or communities that they've had positive experiences with, particularly for non-tech roles?
rly thanks for this ill start search now and I don’t have my list its my first day when I open such platform thank u again because all what I find its 500$ for 5/2 chat manager :poop::poop::):)

We need more details like your skills and English level. I'm doing the same thing for years but if you want small earning without spending muh , I think bhw and warriorforum can be great.

You can get a VIP account and start your thread. For long term jobs you need a good resume first.

You can try ofmjobs or donutjobs, these platform connects agencies with employees, but I think most of the salaries the offer are good only for 3d countries unless you have exp in something

It is a good idea to focus on well-known job forums and groups where remote work is actively posted. Look for sites that check out employers and let you sort by pay and type of job. Joining groups or forums that are unique to your field can also provide you early access to better job openings. Before you agree to do a job or join a group, always take the time to do some research to make sure it's real.
