I am looking for a good network that pays per download. It is for music related traffic and I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction of a reliable high paying pay-per-download network.

i recommend you filesonic and fileserve, they have been paying for a long time, they dont have ranks, and they pay weekly.
 
why dont you use uploadables they have payed out to a lot of people and I am working with them as well. I can send you my affiliate and also some tips if you sign up under me

It's NOT a 'real' PPD network;user must have to complete a fukin survey and conversion is around %5-%6 (mostly) . uploadeable,dengee,envirofile etc. are comes in this category.
I recommend you to go with [ hxxtt Uploaded.to ] upto $35/1k dls.

i thought that was the whole point , to have users fill in f*****in surveys. lol
