looking for good GMAIL Acc Creator

Hi Guys - Looking for a free gmail account generator that works - any suggestions? Tried a few like GYC but they are not free (only beta) and hard to use. Want a simple mail account generator that allows me to input txt files with details and gives me an output file (CSV or txt).

Not a techie - so scripts would be difficult something windows based would be gr8t
