Looking for GFX, eventually 3D, Designer

Hi,
i'm going to write a facebook game, but my gfx-skills are, well - better not talk about it ^^
now i'm searching for a GFX designer who can create quality Graphics for the Game.
You will be paid on a percentual base of the profit.

GFX designers for gaming are top notch artists i would assume.Check this guy's mad skills

Reasons:

1) there is no guarantee your game will be popular.(that is if project even completes)

2) Unless you convince people that you are going to make enough money from your game you wont get any GFX artists( i am talking about Pros like kazen)
