looking for Germany based Server for blackhat

Hi,
my first post :) and first of all thanks for this tremendous forum!!!

I am a beginner in all that hardcore SEO-stuff but have really good experience with php/mysql, did read a lot already about SEO and want to start some autoblogging now, I do not want to hazzle with setting up root-servers etc. So I am looking for
- webspace for wordpress
- server should be based in Germany
- need different IPs from different C-Classes
- domains should be registered not on same name...
- good uptime, good site speed (Mod_deflate etc.)

My idea is, that google will give a german based server better chances in germanys SERPS compared to e.g. US based servers. I do not know how this is handled in other countrys law, but please understand that we have hard copyright laws here in Germany, of course I will shoot that grabbed RSS-Feeds thrue an post-filter, but there will still be a risk to be sued.

as in other threads i can recommend kolido.net .there you can choose between servers/webspace in germany or netherland.they even offer anonym .de domains and i think that you could need that too. greets, darkstar69

Going to give any ideas why not - at least back up a statement like that with something.
I have used Hostineuro for a while now and have nothing but a great service from them.

i was using the search feature and came across this and started reading the replies and the combination of knowing it had to be coming and the smart a$$ kinda way i had imagined you saying that made me laugh pretty hard. i was looking for somewhere to run a php script and send out maybe 3-5k an hour. i'm fairly new but i know thats probably not possible from just a cheap web host so i was wondering if you guys had any other places i could try that would allow that.
