Hi,

I am looking to hire a full time website developer designer.

I am in the USA, you will be working from home from your country. I am clearly looking from someone outside the USA to outsource the job. I have done many projects on e...lance --

Code in HTMl, PHP, Joomla, OsCommerce, etc...

Need to have good design skills and good coding skills....

I want to pay every 2 weeks or every month, or whatever, we can work it out.

Need you to be available on skype for fixes or new work that comes up the following:

Monday - Thursday - 9AM - 6PM
Friday - 9AM - 3PM

Sunday - just be available if we need to communicate

PM me your monthly salary expectations with a brief about your experience and some work you have done.

This will be a LONG TERM relationship, and bonuses will be paid as well.

What Salary were you thinkin about?

Indian/Pakistani/Philipino Salary or People Salary?
 
I have the same question, Im american, but have the references if needed.

I usually work from 11am EST to 11pm EST anyways, but something a bit more sturdy right now would be great considering my situation.

$4500/mo for me (Canadian, experienced dev). I can't start full time until mid april though.

I'd consider part time at around $2400 for 20 hours weekly (if you use 10hrs 1 week, you can use 30 the next, subject to me being avail extra).

If you're looking for someone on a Phillipino/Pakistani/Indian salary, I'm probably not the person for you.

I encourage you to give me a try though, and see that I'll probably produce higher quality work a fair bit quicker than people overseas typically would.

At that rate i can hire someone locally.... im loking to be outside... India, Pakistan, etc... sorry limited budget.

To save a lot of useless posts, I think it is quite obvious the guy is looking to pay $4.00-$6.00/hour at most. MAYBE $8.00/hour for someone skilled. From what I understand, this sounds like a reasonable/high wage in many countries in Asia.
