Looking for Full on Prospector While I perform services 50/50

I am looking for a partner or partners who either loves, or just knows tons of ways to prospect potential clients to sell them IM services. I have not been good at that part nor can I do all that and the services full time.
I'm looking for a JR VIP who knows prospecting methods such as: reaching out on yelp/ groupon/ etc, contact forms, cold emailing, facebook messaging, instagram, "lumpy mail" etc etc,
I dont care if you use automated software, (Paigham bot), scrapebox etc, all I care about is growing and getting new clients.
I can and do just about everything internet marketing related such as: SEO, instagram marketing, PPC ( but hate ppc), facebook ads (really good at it), messenger bot/marketing, Google My Business/Places ranking, Blog writing, retargeting, Sales Funnels, web design, etc.

I want someone that is HUNGRY and someone that will handle the prospecting while I do all the services work. For this project, I am not looking for just a 'closer' who wants to get paid hourly or just wait for in bound marketing to call him, I want this person(s) to grind as much as I do to get great results.

50/50 profit split. PM me for more info and samples of work. I can get 10x returns with fb ads, great seo rankings, etc.
